Bio:	John S. Lyons is a leading expert in the design and implementation of outcomes management strategies. He has developed the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS), Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) and Family Advocacy and Support Tool (FAST) which are used more than one million times each year around the world. Currently 32 states have statewide implementations of one or more of these tools. His outcomes management framework-Total Clinical Outcomes Management (TCOM) is also widely used. He has trained more than 40,000 professionals in common assessment strategies and has designed and implemented an online training system that currently has more than 30,000 active subscribers.
