Bio:	Jean is our Help Desk Assistant (Admin Asst I), providing help desk support to users of our online training, outcomes monitoring systems, technical assistance reporting system, and learning management systems. She manages marking of attendance in the learning management system. She is also the lead on NASW CE application submissions. She is responsible for creating and maintaining the Bloom report and distributing monthly. She also sends out Birthday wishes to Institute Staff via email.
