Bio:	Dr. Nancy Dickinson has over 20 years of experience in child welfare workforce development and brings with her considerable research, project management and training experience. As the project director for the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute, Dr. Dickinson provides technical assistance to child welfare agencies across the country. Her areas of expertise include the following: • Experience with project management; • Expertise in provision of technical assistance; • Currently oversees a partnership of 9 universities to implement a 5-year Children’s Bureau funded effort to build the capacity of the nation’s child welfare workforce; and • Administered a program of interdisciplinary research, training and technical assistance activities.
