| Bio: | Jennifer Schurer Coldiron, MSW, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist working with the Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team at the University of Washington in Seattle where she leads numerous research and evaluation projects and provides technical assistance to states and communities implementing Wraparound and seeking to be more data-driven. Jennifer earned her Doctorate in Social Work at Washington University in Saint Louis where she taught Evaluation of Programs and Services and researched nonprofit management, implementation of innovations, and children's mental health services. She also has a BA from Wellesley College and an MSSW from Columbia University. She has previous experience with internal performance measurement and management within a large youth development and child welfare organization in New York City, and as a caseworker and supervisor at a foster care prevention agency. |
